Go Fund Me - Jake Speer local film production

Leeton actor Jake Speer is currently seeking funds for the production of his movie Inside Water which will be filmed locally, at Mirrabee Homestead, Binya. 

Jake was formally an actor on Home and Away and is now moving into film production. He began writing the script for Inside Water in 2014, its a short film about a young man working a failing farm during a severe drought and economic crisis. After his father committed suicide Matthew had to take on the responsibilities of the farm as well as caring for his younger brother and grandmother. 

The film is set to include Australian actors Myles Pollard (McLeod's Daughters, Home and Away), Maggie Dence (Wake In Fright (1971), Rake, Kingswood Country) and will be directed by D'Arby Deck (Walk Right In, Waking Moon). 

Donations toward the production of the film can be made via the Go Fund Me page, the money will go into cameras, lighting, travel and accomodation, music etc.
