Intereach: Calling Local Aboriginal Artists

Intereach are seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Aboriginal artists within the local region (Riverina, Murray and Loddon) to deliver one, or a series of, two dimensional artwork that reflect the local people, communities and/or landscape. 

The office locations include Albury, Bendigo, Buronga, Castlemaine, Cootamundra, Corowa, Deniliquin, Echuca, Griffith, Hay, Kyneton, Maryborough and Wagga Wagga. Artwork must be either framed, or be able to be hung on a wall and no larger than 1 metres wide or long. Intereach will purchase each artwork for a negotiated cost. The artist will retain moral rights and copyright of their artwork.

Additionally, one artwork may be chosen to use for promotional purposes such as program brochures, posters and other documents such as the annual report and website. The artist will retain moral rights and copyright of their artwork, will be paid a negotiated licence fee, and undertake a signed agreement that details how the artwork will be used.

Artists are requested to post or email an Expression of Interest that includes:

  • a one page CV or overview of their work, and
  • three photographs of current artwork, with prices
