Open Class by Australian Ballett in Griffith

The Australian Ballet is coming to Griffith! As part of a Regional Tour the cast will perform all time classic Giselle at the Griffith Regional Theatre on 11 & 12 of October.

Since its premiere in 1841, Giselle has captured the imagination and torn at the heart. The transcendent love story follows an innocent village girl transformed into a tender spirit after dying of a broken heart. Giselle is a captivating ballet that is enjoyable for the whole family.

If you want to join the Australian Ballet onstage you should definitely take part in a special class taught by Ballet Mistress of The Australian Ballet, Eve Lawson. This class will give you the chance to perfect your skills and learn new techniques to improve your alignment and movement. It is suitable for ages 13–18 with minimum grade six ballet experience.
