Congratulations to all the Winners and Highly Commended in the 2023 Murrumbidgee Short Story Competition. Thank you to all of the authors who entered the competition and helped it to grow in its third year! This year our judges were impressed by the very high quality of entries across all categories. The Murrumbidgee Short Story Competition is making its mark on the regional literary landscape!

We would like to give a special thanks to our judging panel, who brought their expertise and contributed substantial time to the blind judging process.
