Creative Writing Workshops in Narrandera

The Narrandera Parkside Cottage Museum invites aspiring writers, journalists, bloggers and social commentators of Narrandera to attend a Creative Writing Workshop Series with writer Kate Rotherham. No experience is necessary - just bring along enthusiasm, some paper and a pen.

Participants can attend two 1/2 day workshops with Kate at no charge.....payment will be accepted in the form of historic Narrandera tales (more true than tall please!) and object stories which will be published in the local media.

Participation in this storytelling project also brings the opportunity to work with Kate as your mentor with some availability to ongoing advice from our writer via email and phone contact.

Dates: 9am - 12 midday on Saturday 22 June 2019.

Workshop participants will need to visit the Museum prior to the workshop to gain inspiration on appropriate themes/stories for inclusion.
