Ripple Effect Creative Workshops
Murmuration is working in collaboration with The Arts Centre Cootamundra to facilitate a series of inclusive creative workshops throughout 2018.
Across three artforms participants will take part in a creative development process, culminating in a presentation and showcase. Participants will be taught by and exchange with professional artists with and without disability.
The workshops are designed to inspire and engage a diverse range of people’s interests, needs and abilities.
The workshops will be held at The Arts Centre Cootamundra, 18-20 Wallendoon St, Cootamundra NSW 2590.
Dates and times for the workshops are:
Series 2
Thursday 17 + Friday 18 May 2018
Each workshop runs from 9:30am – 2:30pm
Series 3
Thursday 20 + Friday 21 September 2018
Each workshop runs from 9:30am – 2:30pm
Presentation and Showcase
Saturday 22 September | 2:00 – 4:30 pm
It is ideal for participants to take part in both remaining series which lead to the public presentation and showcase.
Artforms:
Theatre: storytelling, movement, improvisation and drama
Visual Arts: fibre art, photography and set design
Music: sound, voice, choral and recording

Be part of an end of year presentation
Who?
Open to primary and high school students
Ages ranging from 10 – 18 years
We encourage any student with an interest in the creative arts to attend
No experience required
Open to teachers and arts workers to participate
Support workers and peer assistants welcome
How much?
Series 2 + 3 package per participant
Includes 4 workshops and presentation
