Jane Carter Book Launch - Griffith City Library

Prodigal Daughter, the brand new novel by Jane Carter set in rural Australia, will be launched at Griffith City Library on Thursday 7 September 2017 at 5:30pm.

Jane Carter lives in Narrandera, NSW, with her husband, Richard. Two years ago they moved, together with their beloved stud Corriedale flock to the Riverina. Raising five children, farming, and helping to run a livestock transport business kept her busy until a few years ago when the last of the children left home and she started writing. Her first book, A Dream Of Something More, was published in 2009 followed by High Country Secrets in 2014. Although she worked in film and television before she was married, forty-seven years in the country have made her passionate about rural Australia, the farmers and the townies she lives among. She loves their stud sheep, adores her grandchildren and anything at all to do with boats.
