Regional Cultural Fund - Expressions of Interest
The Regional Cultural Fund has been established by the NSW Government to ensure regional NSW receives its fair share of arts and cultural infrastructure and the associated recreational and educational benefits.
The Fund will invest $100 million over four years to drive growth in arts, screen, cultural and heritage infrastructure for the social, cultural and economic benefit of communities in regional NSW. Up to $25 million available in the first round of funding.

Expressions of interest close: Midnight (AEST), Monday 4 September 2017
The Regional Cultural Fund will support investment in new and upgraded arts and cultural infrastructure, to support the provision of operational funding and to address the significant disparity in the quality and quantity of arts and cultural resources between regional and metropolitan areas.
There are four categories of funding:
- Small scale regional cultural infrastructure (under $60,000)
- Medium scale regional cultural infrastructure ($60,000 to $1 million)
- Large scale regional cultural infrastructure (over $1 million)
- Operational Grants.
