EOI - Weethalle Silo Public Art Project

Bland Shire Council is calling for expressions of interest (EOI) for an experienced artist/s to undertake a silo art project at the Weethalle silos.

The concept for the work should focus on the areas of the local community including its historical and/or agricultural ties.

A committee comprising of representatives of the Weethalle community, Council and an industry expert will be formed to assess the EOI’s and shortlist up to three artists. The shortlisted artists will be paid a design fee of $500 to submit a full proposal to the Committee.
The committee will then select an artist to undertake the project, which has a budget of $10,000 and must be completed by 30 June 2017.
