Arts and the Federal Election
When you vote in this upcoming Federal election, think about which party and/or candidate best supports our $112 billion arts sector.
Artists and arts workers in regional and remote places use art and culture to build strong communities, generate jobs, reimagine places and build innovative infrastructure. One in three people in Australia live in regional and remote places and their arts and cultural contributions have a national impact. One in six Australians participate in community arts, collaborating to make positive change through a stronger sense of place, identity and community. Connected communities are safer and stronger, more vibrant and alive.
Art and culture are everywhere. Art is essential. Use Your Vote.
